Leaves are changing colors, temperatures are cooling down – Fall is just around the corner and with it many fantastic fashion trends waiting to be kicked-off. I know, its only the last week of August and summer sale is in its final wave. Yet – not surprising for me 😉 – I`m welcoming the new-in Fall must-haves with open arms.
I admit that those 50 to 70% sales are tempting. But if there is not the one piece I desired for weeks, does it make sense to spend my money on summer outfits I will probably not wear next year? Maybe I am an exception. But I rather keep my money for the things I enjoy to wear this Fall and I was really lucky to get my hands on a pair of statement Off-White ankle boots (but that´s another story).
In todays post, I´ve rounded up some of my favorite Fall trends in one outfit, matching the warm color tones from the changing nature. I just love this season, and not only because of the omnipresent pumpkins 😉
White Ankle Boots: taking over the fashion blogger scene last winter, the white ankle boot trend continues to be strong in F/W 2018. Amp up your traditional footwear with an affordable (and comfy!) pair (high heel) or (low heel). I`m also saving for the designer versions (Jimmy Choo) or a pair by (Miu Miu) with lace-up detailing.

Belt bag: Ex – fanny packs, but more polished, prettier, more glam. Cool and wearable, especially with all the transitional sweater and blazer layers replacing a classic belt for a feminin silhouette. Get this mini bucket version in black, pink or snake print (new) or opt for a quilted one (new)
Silky Slit Skirt: The little sister of the flowy slip dress has become a trend too. Oh-so easy to pair with ankle boots and knits for fall! Make your outfit pop with this asymmetric silky slit skirt (rust) or a very similar one with ruffle details (light pink). For warmer indian summer days I pair a fitted boatneck top (new) and for early fall mornings I opt for this super cozy wool blend floral rope sweater (new) and also ordered this pom pom sleeve version (new).
